Good Dog Communications sends text messages to customers and prospects who opt in. Messages include account and service notifications, appointment and meeting reminders, project and order status updates, and customer support follow-ups.

Message frequency

This policy explains what information Good Dog Communications ("GDC," "we," "us") collects through our website and text messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

SMS and MMS messaging
When you opt in to receive text messages from GDC, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent, including the date, time, and method of opt-in.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The sharing described elsewhere in this policy excludes all text messaging opt-in data and consent.
We may share your number only with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging platform and wireless carriers), and only to the extent needed to send them.
